Q: What Can You Expect From Me?
A: From our very first chat to that wonderful moment when you walk back down the aisle, I'll be there to guide, reassure and help you create a ceremony that's completely yours.

Q: What happens during our initial consultation call?
A: Our initial call is simply a relaxed, no-obligation chat to get to know each other. We will talk all about your exciting wedding plans, discuss your vision for the ceremony, and see if we are the perfect fit for your big day.
Q: How do I share our love story and relationship memories with you?
A: Once you book, I will send over your couple's questionnaires. This is your fun 'homework' and a wonderful chance for you both to share your unique stories, favorite memories, funny moments, and all those little details that make your relationship special. It gives me the perfect foundation to start writing.
Q: What is involved in the wedding ceremony planning meeting?
A: Around mid-way through your planning journey, we will sit down for our ceremony planning meeting. This takes about two hours, usually over a cuppa! Together, we will deeply explore your story, brainstorm creative ideas, and map out your vows, music, readings, and everything else you would love to include in your bespoke service.
Q: Will my wedding ceremony script be written just for us?
A: Absolutely. Your beautifully personal ceremony script is written entirely from scratch. I do not use templates. Your personalities, your humour, and your unique journey as a couple will be right at the heart of every single word.
Q: Can we make changes to the script if we want to?
A: Yes, of course. I offer unlimited drafts and revisions because your peace of mind is my priority. We will collaborate closely to make sure every word feels exactly right, giving you as many opportunities as you need to review the text and make changes until it is absolutely perfect.
Q: Do you help us write our own wedding vows and promises?
A: I certainly do. Whether you would love to write your own personal vows from scratch or just need a little inspiration to get started, I will be right there to guide you and help you find the perfect words to express your love.
Q: How do we stay in touch during the wedding planning process?
A: To make communication completely stress-free, I set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for guidance throughout your planning. You can use this space to get advice on ceremony timings, music choices, readings, or the legalities of marriage in area, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
Q: Can I contact you whenever I have an idea or a question?
A: Yes, you have unlimited contact whenever you need me. If you have a sudden question, a new idea, or a flash of inspiration late at night, I am always happy to hear from you. Just pop a message over and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Do you coordinate with our wedding venue and other suppliers?
A: Yes. Part of my service includes liaising directly with your venue coordinator and suppliers in the area. I help everyone understand the ceremony layout and cue timings so that the entire day flows beautifully and you can just relax.
Q: Do we get a wedding ceremony rehearsal before the big day?
A: Yes, a ceremony rehearsal is included. Depending on your schedule and venue availability, we can do this either on the day itself or the evening before. It is a fantastic chance to walk through the pacing and positioning so that you, your wedding party, and your readers feel entirely confident and ready.
Q: What do you do on the actual wedding day?
A: On your wedding day, I will arrive at your venue around 90 minutes before the ceremony starts. I will check all the final details, welcome your arriving guests, and meet up with anyone who is reading or performing to settle their nerves. After checking in with both of you to ensure you are feeling good, I will step up to deliver a beautiful ceremony full of warmth, laughter, and heartfelt moments.

A: I absolutely love finding creative ways to include the people who mean the most to you in your service. Whether it is inviting your parents to tie handfasting ribbons, surprising a close friend with the rings, involving your children in a unity ritual, or creating a unique surprise moment nobody saw coming, these personal touches are often the memories everyone talks about long after the wedding.

For a funeral I work closely alongside you and your chosen funeral director. I create a personalised service to represent your loved one in a way that they would like to be remembered.
For a memorial we work together, we create a ceremony that is warm, respectful and totally unique.
